Partners
I would like to hire employees to do the very necessary work of building and refining the Web Pages and Mobile Applications needed for this business. But hiring employees means paying them a decent wage, taxes, and withholdings, insurance, and retirement benefits etc. But as I said before, this is a Startup Company in the Genesis Stage. We have no income, no assets and no way to pay those employees. Thus if you are looking for a full-time Job, this is not the best place to look unless 10.00 per hour is considered good pay where you live. But if you have a job, or are in school, and you have the skills I need and some extra hours available each week here is what I can offer.
A partnership in a company that I think has great potential. But let's get real. It can also fail for any of a number of reasons. Therefore I propose to offer some skilled individuals, who also have regular full-time employment or are in college the opportunity to partner with me but only on a part-time basis. I have great things planned, but I am not giving up my day job, and I won't put any of my partners in that position either.
For each hour of work you do for me I will give you 10 Genesis Shares in the partnership, and 10 founders share options in the corporation that will be founded once the partnership becomes viable. The founders' shares have zero value now, but will, in theory, become valuable once the corporation becomes a legal entity. The Genesis shares which I have arbitrarily valued at 1 US dollar per share right now, you may keep in the hopes that they become more valuable as time goes by, or I will buy back from you for that 1 dollar each. Thus you end up with a minimum of 10 dollars per worked hour. This is my personal commitment. Those Genesis shares in the partnership can only be sold to other Genesis partners. At this moment only I am buying them. Therefore you will only be allowed to work in trade for partnership shares and corporation founders stock options when I know that I can afford to buy them back from you, or when a different partner has agreed to buy them from you, or you are otherwise not expecting to sell them but keep them as part of your investment in this company. You will be able to keep them or sell them or trade them at will with other partners for whatever amount you wish to negotiate if and/or when other partners come on board. Those Genesis partnership shares will be converted into corporate founders stock on a one for one basis if and when the partnership converts into a corporation.
