How will we make this thing fly?
FIRST. We contract with commissioned sales representatives to find and recruit small businesses that fit our business model.
Second. We contract with those small businesses and agree to bring them customers in exchange for a sales commission.
Those businesses describe what they do, and decide what to offer to help entice those customers. We build those details into a puppy page with just enough information to attract customers to our clients business.
Third. We contract with drivers of Uber, Lyft, and taxicabs and their riders. The drivers will have agreed to hang aprons on the back of their front seats. The Aprons hold individual business cards with QR codes that link back to the puppy pages of businesses we have signed up in step 2. When a rider sees these offerings he is enticed to download our app and scan those business QR codes so he can take advantage of the promotion being offered, and that allows us to log when he visits the business. At that point, we also collect the sales commission offered by the business by simply running a charge against their debit card or bank account.
Fourth. Periodically we distribute the sales commissions collected to the sales reps and the drivers via direct deposit to their debit card.
The Businesses get new customers
The Riders get special offers and suggestions about great local businesses.
The Driver gets a commission for selling great businesses to his riders.
The Commissioned Sales Rep gets a regular repeating income stream.
BirdDog gets a payday for building and maintaining the database and network.
Everybody wins.
